Here are a few shots of fabricating the reflector.

I tacked the pieces of the wire frame to the body checking the fit of the lens several times along the way.

Once the wire frame was all tacked in place, I began forming the sheet metal pieces that would shape the body around the lens.

Here it is all tacked in place.

With the lens back in to check for fit.

Making the second one to match was a bit easier than the first.
